By accessing or using Cash Captain ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Services. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.

Cash Captain is a keyboard-first personal finance tracker. You can log transactions with natural-language-style entry, organize spending with categories, invite family or household members to collaborate on shared finances, and review summaries and insights designed to answer practical questions—without drowning you in charts.

Features and availability may change as we improve the product. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you notify us of unauthorized use.

Invited household members participate according to the permissions and roles we support in the product. You are responsible for whom you invite and how shared data is used within your group.

You agree not to misuse the Service—for example, by attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems; interfere with other users; use the Service to break the law; or try to access data that is not yours without permission.

Cash Captain helps you record and understand your own numbers. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You remain responsible for your financial decisions and for verifying any information you rely on.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cash Captain and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
